DOES HOLLERIN HAUNTS OFFER GROUP RATES?
Yes Onsite only 20 or more people is $5.00 off per person
DOES HOLLERIN HAUNTS ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
No, but we do have an ATM on site
CAN I BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE?
Yes! You can purchase tickets online although ticketing and service fees will apply.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?
All ages are welcome depending on parents ages 5 and under is free.
ARE PURSES OR BAGS ALLOWED?
No bags of any kind are allowed except medical, and they will be searched.
IS HOLLERIN' HAUNTS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
The Hayride is fully handicap accessible but the other attractions are not. The hayride is our main attraction.
DOES YOUR ATTRACTION HAVE SECURITY?
Hollerin Haunts employs a fully trained security staff to keep things running smoothly.
CAN WE BE THROWN OUT?
Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. The first violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and after the second, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR PARKING?
Parking is $5.00 Cash only
Do you offer a Military discount?
Yes, we offer a $2 military discount only at ticket booth.
When is the latest I can arrive/When is the latest people are allowed to enter the attractions?
As long as you arrive in the parking lot and box office by closing time (11pm,10pm, check our schedule for closing times/dates) You will be able to enter the haunt! Closing time is not when the attractions close, but when the parking lot and box office closes.
Are the actors/monsters allowed to touch you?
NO. The actors in Hollerin Haunts will not touch you during the tour and you may not touch them. However, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props. You may also come into contact with set pieces, designed to deliver a 4D scare.
What is your Refund Policy?
We’ve never closed for anything other than weather, but if we do cancel for any reason we issue a Hollerin Haunts Credit that can be used for any night in the future with no expiration.
Are there any Warnings?
We use a lot of strobe lights (who doesn’t?), so if you are prone to seizures due to strobes, enter at your own risk. We deploy loud/disorienting music in a few scenes. We use a considerable amount of “fog”, which is mainly water and glycerin and/or propylene glycol. It is safe to inhale but can exacerbate respiratory issues. If you are prone to panic attacks or have a condition that could put you in distress from the intensity of a haunted attraction (including, but not limited to a heart condition, anxiety disorder, pregnancy, vertigo) please consult with a physician before coming
